Supportive NHS Integrated Care Systems

Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) are partnerships of organisations working together to improve health and care services across local areas in England. Led by the NHS in collaboration with local councils, voluntary groups, and other community partners, ICSs aim to coordinate care more effectively, reduce health inequalities, and ensure that services are shaped around the needs of the population.

By breaking down traditional barriers between hospitals, GP practices, mental health services, and social care, ICSs help people get the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

This care may be available to you if you are currently in the NHS queue. Check with your local ICSs about funding for aspects

of transition, including voice coaching,

laser hair removal, and/or hormone therapy.
