Initial Consultation - £575
This includes a 50 - 60 minute appointment and diagnostic report / referral.
This also includes (if required):

- Fertility preservation referral request to your GP
​
- Blood test request to your GP
​
- Name and gender marker change in UK passport support letter to support your application
​
- Pre-Consultation information session giving general guidance about your transition journey.
​
Please note that a chargeable follow - up may be required depending on each individual circumstance.
Follow - Up Appointment, 30 - 60 Minutes - £350
The requirement of the follow - up is determined in your initial consultation.
Secondary Referral for Existing Patients - £400
This includes a 50 - 60 minute appointment and diagnostic report / second referral with us.
Gender Recognition Certificate - £350
An appointment for existing patients.
Gender Recognition Certificate for New Patients - £575
An appointment for new patients.
Name and Gender Marker Change in Passport - £350
An appointment for existing patients who have been seen more than 12 months ago.
Mentoring session with Shay Robertson - £25 / Session
Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note that payment is due at the time of booking. Appointment slots may be held for up to 5 working days. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Please note that £50 of the total cost is non-fundable to cover administration costs. Cancellations for paid appointments with at least 72 hours notice will be refunded the full amount (less the £50 non-refundable administrative fee). Cancellations with notice between 48 and 24 hours notice will be refunded 50% (less £50 non-refundable administrative fee). Cancellation later than 24 hours will not be refunded.
